We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you purchase one of our regularly stocked products (not custom – see below regarding custom products) and are not happy with it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on custom orders unless there has been an in-house error. Custom orders would be considered a product that you have requested a specific blend of ingredients that is outside of what our regularly stocked products contain. Custom orders may also include products that have custom labels, even if hte product itself is a stock item. If you are sent the wrong product we will correct the problem right away.
There is a minimum of 48 business hour turn-around time for processing and shipping in-stock orders. Some products may take up to a week for turn-around. We strive to always provide the freshest product possible. In order to do this we manufacture in small batches. We make every effort to get orders processed and shipped ASAP. However, certain times of the year (ex. Holidays) delivery times may be extended due to higher demand and longer shipping times from shipping carriers.
Due to the nature of our products we advise to have someone personally accept packages. Please be sure to provide a shipping address that generally has someone present that can accept delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are left outside by any mail/package carrier. Nor are we responsible for packages that are not picked up or alternate delivery arrangements made once notice is left by the carrier about an attempted delivery of a package.
Any errors must be reported within 7 business days of delivery of package (we use tracking information to determine delivery dates of orders). Please check your packages carefully when they arrive.
We generally use USPS Priority Mail with tracking information. However, we reserve the right to use the carrier service of our choice. If a specific carrier is requested additional fees may be charged. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the zip code of the delivery address. Local pick up is available at no cost for those in the Clayton/Knightdale/Raleigh/Garner area. However, local pickup is scheduled on specific days and locations. If selecting local pick up option we will coordinate location, day and time for pickup.
We accept wholesale orders from verifiable retail establishments. We are only accepting wholesale accounts who have physical storefronts (no online stores accepted at this time). Minimum purchases will apply.

We reserve the right to deny wholesale purchasing privileges at our discretion.
We are not accepting consignment offers, private label, or co-branding of our products at this time.
At this time we are only shipping to addresses in the United States. We are not currently shipping in territories of the USA (Guam, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands). And we are also not currently shipping to Canada. But, we will keep you posted as these options become available.
Payment Types Accepted
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, Paypal®, checks and money orders. Cash is accepted at local events where we are set up as vendors. Nor orders are shipped without payment in full. Custom orders will not begin production without payment in full. If making payment via check, your order will not begin production or ship until payment funds have cleared our bank.
